Christmas Opening Hours 

The holiday season (December & January) is always a busy time for us. To ensure our team can enjoy the holidays with their loved ones, our warehouse and office will be closed over Christmas.

The last day for order despatch will be Friday, December 20th.

Orders received during the Christmas break (December 21st - January 6th) will be despatched starting January 7th.

Parcels

  • Our standard delivery is by courier on a next working-day service, with delivery times between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm for non-domestic addresses, and between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm for domestic addresses.

  • The courier will require a signature upon delivery, but if not possible, the customer can request for the goods to be left in a safe place (e.g. porch or shed) by mentioning it in the 'Order Comment' box during checkout.

  • Please inform us of any access issues that may affect deliveries to the site.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within one working day of receipt and those received by 1:00 pm on a working day can be dispatched the same day, unless they need to be palletized.

  • Please make sure the correct address is used during checkout, as any changes to delivery addresses on the day of delivery will incur a redelivery charge.

Pallets

  • Large or heavy orders may require palletization and customers will be informed upon receipt of the order.
  • Pallets are dispatched on a 2-3 working-day service, with delivery times between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and require a signature.
  • Next-day or timed deliveries can be requested and are subject to additional charges.
  • A forklift truck is usually required for offloading palletized goods, but arrangements can be made for tail-lift offloading if necessary.
  • Palletized goods are usually dispatched within one working day of receipt and those received by 10:00 am on a working day can be dispatched the same day.
  • Please make sure the correct address is used during checkout, as any changes to delivery addresses on the day of delivery will incur a redelivery charge.

Special Instructions

  • Any special instructions (e.g. leave-safe location, opening hours, etc.) can be mentioned in the 'Order Comment' box during checkout, and every effort will be made to comply.

Carriage Charges

  • Orders over £150 (ex-vat) will be shipped carriage-paid, excluding Northern Ireland & Pallet Deliveries 

  • Orders under £150 (ex-vat) will incur a carriage charge of £14.95 (ex-vat) or if its weight is over 120kg it will occur a pallet delivery charge of £70 (ex-vat)

  • Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland will incur additional charges. £25 for normal consignments. £70 (ex-vat) for pallets.

Please Note

Our shipping is facilitated through a national carrier, who may use either a parcel carrier or pallet carrier based on the volume of your order. Kindly note that we make deliveries solely to the front door of ground floor locations or to loading bays. For bulky orders, we will most likely deliver on a pallet. If you are unable to receive delivery on a pallet, please inform us when placing your order either through the phone or by indicating 'Pallets cannot be accepted' in the delivery instructions section of your online cart. This section can also be used to provide us with any relevant details such as business hours or accessibility restrictions.
