Tool Repair Warranty

At StrapTite, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality tools and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return to base warranty.

 

Return to Base Warranty: If your tool is found to be defective within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the tool free of charge. To take advantage of this policy, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact our customer service team to report the issue with your tool.
  • If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
  • Pack the tool securely, including all parts and accessories that were originally included with the product.
  • Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.

You are responsible for the cost of the return.

 

Please note that the return to base policy applies only to defect in materials or workmanship. It does NOT apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alteration or repairs. The return to base warranty is also subject to change at any time without notice.
